Beschreibung
In this wine mix you will receive the Vitis vinifera ‚Himrod‘ and the Vitis vinifera ‚Vanessa‘. The Himrod produces delicious white grapes and the Vanessa gives sweet red grapes. Both vines are winter hardy and self-pollinating. The plants are perfect for sunny locations.
Dog Care
Vitis vinifera is a hardy and relatively easy-care plant that grows best in a sunny, warm spot in chalky, well-drained soil. Give young plants some extra water during dry periods, while mature vines often require less. Regular pruning is important: in winter to maintain shape and in summer to direct energy to the clusters, resulting in larger and sweeter grapes. An annual application of organic fertilizer supports growth and fruit set, while good air circulation helps prevent powdery mildew. With proper care, you can enjoy a bountiful grape harvest from late summer to early autumn.
Format
The plants are 60-75cm tall upon delivery, measured including the pot. They are delivered in a nursery pot with a diameter of 21cm.
