Philodendron verrucosum hummingbird

Beschreibung

Philodendron verrucosum ‚Hummingbird‘ Culture:

Features heart-shaped leaves that are vibrant green with the characteristic velvety texture of the verrucosum species. What sets ‚Hummingbird‘ apart are its smaller, more compact leaves with pronounced, lighter-colored veins creating a striking visual contrast.

• Light: Bright, indirect light with protection from direct sunlight. Ideal for maintaining the vibrant coloration and velvety texture.
• Temperature: Warm temperatures between 65-80°F (18-27°C) with protection from cold drafts and temperature fluctuations.
• Humidity: High humidity levels of 60-80% are essential for optimal growth and maintaining the characteristic velvety leaf texture.
• Watering: Keep soil evenly moist with excellent drainage. Allow slight drying between watering sessions to maintain plant health.

Additional Notes:

• Growth: This climber benefits from support such as a moss pole and is suitable for spaces where a full-sized verrucosum would be too large, making it perfect for manageable indoor cultivation.
