Beschreibung
Lagerstroemia indica rossa
A valuable plant in the summer garden, thanks to its abundant flowering from June to the end of August.
Questa varietà è caratterizzata da una incantevole fioritura rosa intenso.
Caducifolia, should be grown in full sun in sheltered locations, well-drained soil rich in organic matter.
It does not need pruning, except for the removal of any dry parts.
Slow-growing and sparsely developed, it lends itself to inclusion in small gardens, either as a hedge or as an isolated specimen.
A pieno sviluppo la pianta supera i metri 3 di altezza.
As the bark ages, it takes on a light colour and a smooth texture, which makes it interesting.
