Care
Smooth Hydrangea Care
Provide full or partial sun. Too little light will cause growth issues. Best flower set, size, and stem strength occurs with a minimum of 6 hours of sun daily.
Fertilization is suggested, especially if soil is poor. Our slow release fertilizer is a great option.
It’s best to trim and prune between late fall and late winter, while the plant is dormant.
Water regularly after planting prior to establishment. Attempt to keep soil moist, but not wet. It’s suggested to place 2″-3″ of mulch under this plant to help retain ground moisture.
